Inspiration: I designed this card to give to the family who employed me as a nanny. They also had two hairless cats and I thought that they would appreciate the personal touch. In the original version the blank side that says “Space for personalized message” I had written a thank you message personal to the family. I feel that cards with a blank to write a personal note give an opportunity to come across as more sincere to the recipient.

Audience: Pet owners, people who like or own hairless cats, more likely to be women from teens to 30s 

Process: The graphics for the card were created in Adobe illustrator using pictures of hairless cats for reference. The card layout was designed in Adobe indesign. The mock up was made in Photoshop with stock images for the background.
